If you have placed your bin out in accordance with Council guidelines and it has not been collected, Council’s contractor will return to collect it.
If you report the missed collection early on your scheduled collection day, efforts will be made to collect the bin the same day. If you do not report the missed bin until late in the day, collection will occur the following day.
If the bin was not put out for collection in accordance with Council’s guidelines and the contractor is not at fault, your bin will be collected on your next scheduled collection day.
Please leave your bin on the kerbside for collection.
