Are you the owner?
To request an additional bin/s for your property the property owner needs to contact the City of Wanneroo.
Alternatively, if you are a managing agent/authorised agent/company, you will need to attach a copy of written authority to act in one of the following forms:
- A letter or an email from the property owner giving authority for the third party, or
- A company extract showing the directors of the company, or
- A copy of the signed Management Authority which shows you have authority to act regarding rates (rates box ticked etc), this must be signed by the owner/s
This documentation is required as the charge for additional bin will be incorporated to the property’s next rates notice.
